If I'm after a specific font that I can't see on your website are you able use it in a design?
Of course we can! When doing so, send us an email at too.a.t@outlook.com and let us know the product you are after. It is also important you include any other information we may need to place the order (eg. the text you would like on the item, text colour, ribbon colour, etc). All we need next is the font file, you can attach this to the email! We will then send you a proof of the design, which you will then approve.
Can I see what the design will look like with my details?
Of course! Once you have fallen in love with one of our designs, place your order and you will receive a design proof via text or email within 1-2 days of placing your order (design proofs for stationary orders will be sent after wording is provided). Approve the design and we can start working our magic! If by any chance you would like to alter the design, let us know and we will make changes accordingly. PLEASE NOTE: design proofs are only available for stationary orders, baptism candles and acrylic boxes.
How long does it take for my order to be made?
We have a lead time of 10 business days for all items excluding stationary orders, plus shipping time.
STATIONARY LEAD TIME: Once you have approved your artwork proof via email, we will then send your order to print. Depending on the complexity of your order, the process then takes up to 3-5 weeks, (plus shipping time). We advise ordering your stationary 6-8 weeks prior to when you wish to mail-out your invites.
If you require your order in a quicker timeframe, please get in contact with us and we can arrange a rush order.
Do you ship Australia wide?
Of course! Our delivery services ship all over Australia.
Is pick up available?
Yes of course! Pick up is always an option for us and sometimes recommended for larger or fragile items. We are located in Horsley Park, 2175 NSW.
